Every item at Artful Craftsmead is prepared with care in our UK workshop. Many of our products are made or personalised to order, so processing times can vary depending on the item.
Please always check the current dispatch time shown on the individual product page before ordering.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.
These services provide tracking, but delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We can guarantee the dispatch date shown for your order, but delivery after dispatch is handled by Royal Mail and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services or other circumstances outside our control.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
Processing & Dispatch
Our products have different processing times depending on the materials, size and amount of hand-finishing required.
Smaller laser-cut items may be completed more quickly, while handcrafted solid wood pieces require several stages of making, sanding, personalising, finishing and assembly.
The current estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page. Please check this before placing your order, especially if your gift is needed for a particular date.
Delivery Addresses
Orders are sent only to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are personalised or made specifically to order.
Because personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Non-Personalised Items
For eligible non-personalised items, your statutory cancellation and return rights apply.
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return details.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damage believed to have occurred during delivery, we require clear evidence so that we can properly investigate the issue and, where necessary, submit a claim with the delivery service.
Please provide:
• clear photographs of the item received,
• photographs of the outer packaging and any visible damage to it,
• photographs of the internal packaging,
• and a short video clearly showing the condition of the product and the packaging in which it arrived.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been fully reviewed, as the delivery service may require
Personalisation Details
Please check all names, dates, spellings and personalised wording carefully before placing your order.
Personalisation is produced using the information supplied with the order. We copy the text provided and cannot accept responsibility for spelling or wording errors submitted by the customer.
