Please enter names, dates, messages and all other personalised wording exactly as you would like it to appear on your item.

 

We copy the text supplied with your order and do not automatically correct spelling, grammar, dates or wording.

 

Please check your personalisation carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for errors contained in the information submitted by the customer.

 

Personalisation can be created in different languages provided the exact wording and characters are supplied with the order.

Natural Wood

Wood is a natural material and every piece is unique.

 

Natural variations may include differences in grain, colour, knots, markings, texture and the way the wood absorbs stain or finish. These characteristics are part of the beauty of genuine wood and are not considered faults.

 

For this reason, your finished item will not be completely identical to photographs or previous examples.

Solid Wood & Plywood

Our products are made from different types of wood depending on the design.

 

The Artful Collection includes precision laser-cut wooden gifts, primarily created from high-quality plywood.

 

Aggie Artisan Woodworks is our premium solid wood collection. These pieces are handcrafted from solid pine, oak or other specified solid woods and individually finished by hand.

Wood Stains & Finishes

Selected solid wood products are available in a choice of wood stains and finishes.

 

Because every piece of wood has its own natural grain and colour, the same stain can appear slightly different from one item to another. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear in photographs.

 

Stain samples and product photographs should therefore be treated as a guide rather than an exact colour match.

Engraving & Laser-Cut Details

Personalised designs may be engraved, laser-cut or created using a combination of techniques depending on the product.

 

Natural variations in wood can also cause slight differences in engraving tone and depth. These variations are normal and form part of the handmade character of the finished piece.

Handmade Measurements

As many of our products are handmade, measurements may vary slightly from the dimensions stated.

 

Small variations can occur during cutting, sanding, assembly and finishing and do not affect the intended use of the product.
