A memorable and beautifully handcrafted way to give money as a wedding gift.
This personalised solid pine wedding box transforms a traditional cash gift into a thoughtful presentation and lasting keepsake for the newlyweds.
The lid is personalised with the couple’s names and optional wedding date, surrounded by an elegant botanical and wedding-ring design.
Inside the lid is our decorative Just Married wedding car, prepared as a separate wooden element, with four white ribbons for securing rolled banknotes.
A personal wedding message or wishes can also be engraved inside the base of the box.
Every box is individually handcrafted from raw timber in our UK workshop.
This is not a ready-made wooden blank that has simply been engraved.

JUST MARRIED MONEY PRESENTATION
Inside the lid is our decorative Just Married wedding car motif.
The design is prepared as a separate wooden element and securely attached inside the lid.
Four white ribbons extend from the design and can be used to secure rolled banknotes.
Simply roll your notes and tie them individually with the ribbons.
This allows the money itself to become part of the presentation instead of being hidden inside a standard card or envelope.

HANDCRAFTED FROM RAW TIMBER
This is not a ready-made or unfinished wooden box purchased and then personalised.
Each box is handcrafted from solid pine in our workshop from the beginning.
The making process includes:
• selecting and cutting the timber
• assembling and gluing the construction
• clamping
• sanding
• preparing and strengthening the corners
• separating the lid from the completed box construction
• routing where required
• preparing the engraving
• laser engraving
• hand staining
• preparing the decorative Just Married element
• fitting the four white money ribbons
• fitting the hinges and clasp
• preparing the personalised inside message
• applying wax or another suitable protective finish
• hand polishing

Hardware styles and finishes may vary slightly depending on availability while retaining the same intended function.

Natural timber absorbs stain differently, so the finished shade, grain and tone will naturally vary from one box to another.
NATURAL WOOD & HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS
Solid wood is a natural material and every piece is unique.
No two boxes will ever have exactly the same grain pattern, knots, colour or natural markings.
Natural characteristics may include visible grain patterns, growth rings, darker and lighter areas, solid or partially open knots, knot holes, small natural voids, pinholes, cavities, resin or sap pockets, tiny surface depressions and small natural cracks, splits or checks.
Some natural holes or voids cannot be completely removed through sanding without unnecessarily altering or damaging the surrounding timber.
Different areas of the same piece of wood may absorb stain differently.
Knots, end grain, resin-rich areas and changes in timber density may therefore appear lighter or darker after finishing.
Laser engraving may also vary naturally in shade and depth depending on grain direction, knots, resin content and timber density.
Because every box is individually handcrafted and hand finished, small traces of the making process may occasionally remain visible.
These can include subtle glue traces, sanding marks, routing or tool marks, polishing or wax traces, tiny dents and minor signs of workshop handling.
Slight handmade variations in joints, alignment, routed edges, finish and measurements may also occur.
Hardwood used within the handmade construction may vary naturally in species, grain and colour.
A natural scent from timber, stain, wax or finishing products may be noticeable when the box is first opened. This gradually reduces over time.
Solid timber may also expand or contract slightly with natural changes in temperature and humidity.
These are natural and handmade characteristics of genuine timber craftsmanship and are not considered defects where they do not affect the intended function of the product.
DELIVERY
UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 Tracked once production is complete.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked is the postal service used after dispatch. We can confirm the dispatch date, but the exact delivery date remains with the postal carrier.
International orders are sent using a tracked service.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
