Personalised Wooden Watch Box – 4 to 6 Watches

A handcrafted solid wood watch box, individually made from scratch in our UK workshop and personalised especially for you.

Available for 4, 5 or 6 watches, this elegant single-row organiser provides a dedicated place for a small watch collection while keeping each timepiece individually separated and beautifully presented.

Each box is built specifically for the selected capacity rather than being a ready-made box with engraving simply added afterwards.

The physical length of the box increases according to the selected capacity.

The 5-watch version measures approximately:

30.5 × 13 × 8.5 cm

Each individual watch compartment is approximately:

As every box is handmade, very small dimensional variations may occur.

OPTIONAL INSIDE-LID WOODEN HEART

A personalised wooden heart can also be permanently fitted to the inside of the lid.

The heart can be engraved with a short private message or dedication, making the box even more meaningful as a birthday, anniversary, retirement, wedding or milestone gift.

BLACK FELT INTERIOR

The base of the box is lined with black felt for a clean and refined finish.

Each watch sits on its own soft black cushion within a permanently divided compartment.

One cushion is included for every watch space.

SAFETY LID LIMITER

The box includes a metal safety lid limiter positioned at the side of the watch row.

The limiter sits inside its own very narrow separate section and is securely fixed to both the lower box and the lid.

The layout is:

outer box wall → narrow limiter section → immediately the first full watch compartment.

The limiter section does not replace or reduce the stated number of watch compartments.

HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH

This is not a ready-made unfinished box purchased from a supplier and simply engraved afterwards.

Every box is constructed from timber in our workshop.

The making process includes:

• Selecting suitable solid wood
• Cutting the individual wooden components
• Assembling and gluing the box construction
• Clamping the structure securely while the joints set
• Initial sanding
• Cutting narrow reinforcement slots through the completed corners
• Gluing real wooden wedges into those cuts
• Separating the lid from the completed box body
• Sanding again
• Routing and refining the edges
• Laser engraving the chosen design and personalisation
• Final sanding and surface preparation
• Hand staining
• Fitting the hinges and central clasp
• Installing the metal safety lid limiter
• Preparing and fitting the permanent dividers
• Adding the black felt lining
• Preparing the watch cushions
• Applying protective wax
• Hand polishing the finished box

The complete process takes place over several stages and days.

REAL WOODEN CORNER WEDGES

After the main box structure has been assembled, narrow cuts are made directly through the completed corners.

Real wooden wedges are then glued securely into those cuts.

They become part of the actual corner construction and help reinforce the box.

They are not decorative blocks or imitation corner details.

WOOD STAIN COLOURS

Choose from:

• Pine – Light
• Light Oak
• Medium Oak
• Walnut
• Brown Mahogany
• Dark Teak
• Ebony

Every box is stained individually by hand.

Real timber naturally varies in grain, density and colour, so the same stain may appear slightly lighter, darker or warmer from one box to another.

WAXED & HAND POLISHED

After staining and final assembly, the box is protected with wax and polished by hand.

This enhances the natural grain and creates a smooth, carefully finished surface.

NATURAL WOOD

Real wood is a natural material and every piece is unique.

Natural characteristics may include:

• Different grain patterns
• Knots
• Fine natural lines
• Tiny pin holes
• Natural markings
• Colour variation
• Small natural patches
• Different stain absorption
• Differences in engraving tone

These are natural characteristics of genuine timber and are not considered defects.

No two handmade boxes will look completely identical.

FONT CHOICE

Choose your preferred engraving font from the font chart shown in the product photographs.

Enter the font name or number in the Font Choice field.

PROCESSING TIME

Every watch box is handmade and personalised to order.

Typical processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks.

Processing time refers to the time required to make and dispatch your order and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

DELIVERY

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 24 Tracked after dispatch.

International orders are sent using tracked delivery.

We can guarantee the scheduled dispatch date, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Postal delays, courier delays, customs processing and other circumstances after dispatch are outside our control.

Personalised and made-to-order products are therefore not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
