Celebrate years of hard work, dedication and success with a beautifully handcrafted personalised solid oak graduation pen and keepsake box. Made from genuine solid oak timber in our UK workshop, this elegant wooden box is designed to commemorate a graduation, university achievement, college completion or the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Choose from four distinctive graduation-inspired engraving designs, personalise the lid with the graduate's details and add an optional heartfelt message inside. For an extra-special gift, select the Box + Engraved Pen option, which includes a personalised bamboo ballpoint pen.

A thoughtful graduation keepsake for a daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, friend, partner or anyone whose achievements deserve to be remembered.

FOUR GRADUATION DESIGN STYLES

1. Original Graduation

Our original graduation artwork, featuring a graduation cap, diploma and the celebratory wording “I did it!”, together with personalised graduation details. The original decorative composition is retained, creating a memorable tribute to the graduate's achievement.

2. Classic Graduate

An elegant graduation cap framed by a delicate laurel wreath, beautifully complemented by the graduate's personalised name and graduation year. A timeless, traditional design celebrating academic success.

3. The Next Chapter

A refined illustration of academic books, a quill and subtle stars, accompanied by the wording “The Next Chapter”, the graduate's name and year. A meaningful design symbolising new opportunities and the journey ahead.

4. Dreams Achieved

A sophisticated minimalist graduation cap with delicate rays and stars, personalised with the graduate's name, graduation year and the wording “Dreams Achieved”. A beautiful reminder of determination, ambition and accomplishment.

All four designs are permanently laser-engraved directly into the natural oak surface. The artwork is not printed, painted or applied as a sticker.

The placement of personalisation varies according to the selected design. Please provide the exact wording you would like engraved.

Inside-lid dedication – Optional

Add a personal message inside the natural solid oak lid to create a lasting memory.

For example:

“So proud of you! Love, Mum x”

If no inside-lid message is requested, the inside lid will remain unpersonalised.

Bamboo pen engraving – Box + Engraved Pen only

If you choose the set with a pen, provide a short engraving of no more than 4 words or 25 characters, including spaces.

Please check every name, date, university, course title and message carefully before ordering. We engrave the wording exactly as supplied, including spelling, capitalisation and punctuation.

Any fixed decorative artwork and wording forming part of the selected design will remain unchanged.

GENUINE SOLID OAK – MADE FROM RAW TIMBER

Unlike mass-produced wooden gift boxes or ready-made blanks, our boxes are individually handcrafted in our UK workshop from genuine solid oak timber.

Each box begins as carefully selected raw timber. We prepare the wood and use precision CNC machining to shape the separate solid oak lid and base, creating the recessed interior, rounded edges and accurate positions for the concealed fittings.

Your selected graduation design and personalisation are then laser-engraved into the wood.

Each box is carefully hand-sanded, finished with a suitable wood wax or oil, hand-polished and inspected before packaging.

The result is a distinctive, substantial wooden keepsake that celebrates both natural materials and skilled craftsmanship.

NATURAL SOLID OAK & HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS

Genuine solid oak is a natural material, and no two pieces of timber are identical.

Variations in grain pattern, colour, figure and texture are normal and contribute to the individuality of each box.

Natural timber may also display knots, including open or fallen knots, small voids or cavities, pinholes, resin pockets, fine cracks or checks, and other naturally occurring features.

Because each piece is individually machined, assembled, engraved and finished, minor sanding, routing or tool marks, tiny dents, fine glue or wax traces, subtle differences in joints or alignment, small dimensional variations and natural timber movement may also occur.

The appearance and depth of laser engraving can vary slightly with the wood grain and density.

These characteristics are part of genuine timber and handmade production, rather than signs of mass manufacture.

Fresh wood and finishing scent: A newly finished box may have a noticeable natural timber, wax or oil scent. This is normal and will gradually fade when the box is left open in a well-ventilated room.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep the box in a dry indoor environment, away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, radiators and moisture.

Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, wash, use harsh cleaning chemicals or place the box in a dishwasher.

Avoid prolonged contact with water and do not force the hinges or magnetic closure.

The box is intended for decorative storage and keepsakes. It is not a toy.
