HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your Reindeer Design.
2. Choose your Wood Stain.
3. Enter the name or short wording exactly as you would like it engraved.
4. Add the reindeer to your basket.
5. Repeat for each additional family member using any design and stain combination you prefer.
Each reindeer is purchased separately, so you can create a completely personalised group.
PERSONALISATION
Your wording is engraved exactly as supplied.
Please carefully check spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, names and any dates before submitting your order.
We copy your supplied personalisation directly into the engraving layout.
A design preview is not normally supplied unless specifically agreed before ordering.
REAL SOLID PINE
These reindeer are made from genuine solid pine timber.
They are not made from thin plywood, MDF or ready-made wooden blanks.
Natural timber grain, colour variation and individual markings are part of the character of real wood and make every reindeer slightly different.
MADE FROM SCRATCH
Each reindeer is individually made and finished in our workshop.

NATURAL WOOD & HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS
Real timber is a natural material and every piece will vary.
Your reindeer may show natural characteristics including:
• Grain variation
• Growth rings
• Colour variation
• Knots
• Partially open or fallen knots
• Natural voids or small cavities
• Tiny pinholes
• Resin or sap pockets
• Small depressions
• Fine checks, cracks or splits
• Different stain absorption
• Slight engraving shade or depth variation caused by natural timber density and grain
• Small sanding, shaping or hand-finishing marks
• Tiny dents or workshop handling marks
• Wax or polish traces
• Slight measurement variation
• Natural wood movement caused by changes in temperature and humidity
These are normal characteristics of genuine solid timber and handmade production and are not considered defects.
FRESH WOOD & FINISH SCENT
As your reindeer is newly handcrafted from real timber and freshly finished, you may notice a natural scent of pine combined with wood stain, wax or finishing oil when first unpacked.
This is normal and will gradually reduce after unpacking and natural airing.

• For indoor decorative use
• Keep away from excessive moisture
• Do not soak or wash
• Dust gently with a soft dry cloth
• Avoid placing directly against strong heat sources
• Store in a dry place after Christmas
SAFETY
This is a decorative item and not a toy.
Due to its solid wood construction and small size, it should be kept away from very young children unless supervised.
DELIVERY
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked service after dispatch.
International orders are sent using tracked post where available.
We guarantee the dispatch date shown with your order, but delivery times after dispatch remain with the postal carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are sent only to the delivery address supplied with your order.
