This is a non-final prototype (mock-up) created to present the general shape, form and construction of the house design.

The model is made from thin 3 mm birch plywood, not from the final material.

✅ IMPORTANT – Differences from the final product

This prototype:

is made from birch plywood (3 mm)

is not the final thickness or material (the real houses will be made from 4 mm Medite MDF)

may contain small imperfections typical for a mock-up

is assembled only for visual reference

does not represent the final engraving, final finish or final structural strength

is not identical to the production version — the final houses will be more precise, cleaner and fully refined

This model is not intended as a finished product, only as a preview.

✅ Final Production Version

The final production houses will be:

made from 4 mm Medite MDF

professionally sanded and assembled

much sturdier, heavier and higher quality

cleanly cut with exact precision

 engraved inside and outside

The prototype is cheaper than the final product and priced accordingly.
