A handcrafted solid wood watch box personalised with your own wording.

Available for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 or 12 watches, every box is individually made from scratch in our UK workshop and finished by hand.

This product is designed for customers who want complete freedom over the wording on the lid rather than choosing from a fixed engraving design.

Add a name, initials, date, quote, dedication, family message or other suitable wording and we will create a balanced personalised engraving for your watch box.

Inside, each watch has its own dedicated compartment with a soft black cushion and black felt-lined base.

The physical size and internal layout of the box change according to the selected capacity.

1–6 watch boxes use a single-row layout.

8, 10 and 12 watch boxes use a two-row layout to keep the overall proportions practical and balanced.

Each version is made specifically for the selected number of watches.

There is no fixed engraving design to choose from for this product.

The lid can be personalised with wording of your choice, including:

You may combine a name with a date, quote or short dedication.

We will arrange the engraving into a balanced layout suitable for the size of the selected box.

Your wording will be engraved exactly as supplied.

FONT CHOICE

Choose your preferred engraving font from the font chart shown in the product photographs.

Enter the font name or number in the Font Choice field.

The selected font can completely change the character of the finished box, from clean and understated to traditional or elegant script lettering.

BLACK FELT INTERIOR

The base of the box is lined with black felt for a clean and refined finish.

Each watch sits in its own dedicated compartment on a soft black cushion.

One cushion is included for every watch space.

Permanent wooden dividers keep the watches neatly separated and organised.

SAFETY LID LIMITER

The box includes a metal safety lid limiter positioned at the side of the watch compartment area.

The limiter sits fully inside its own very narrow separate section.

It is securely fixed to both the lower box body and the upper lid so that it correctly supports and controls the lid when open.

The layout is:

outer box wall → very narrow limiter section → immediately the first full watch compartment.

The limiter section is separate from the stated watch capacity and does not replace a watch space.

HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH

This is not a ready-made unfinished box purchased from a supplier and simply personalised afterwards.

Every box is individually constructed from timber in our workshop.

The making process includes:

• Selecting suitable solid wood

• Cutting the individual wooden components

• Assembling and gluing the box structure

• Clamping the box securely while the joints set

• Initial sanding

• Cutting narrow reinforcement slots through the completed corners

• Gluing real wooden wedges into those cuts

• Separating the lid from the completed box body

• Sanding again

• Routing and refining the edges

• Laser engraving your personalised wording

• Final sanding and surface preparation

• Hand staining

• Fitting the hinges and clasp hardware

• Installing the metal safety lid limiter

• Preparing and fitting the permanent dividers

• Adding the black felt lining

• Preparing the soft black watch cushions

• Applying protective wax

• Hand polishing the finished box

The complete process takes place over several woodworking, setting, drying and finishing stages.

REAL WOODEN CORNER WEDGES

After the main box structure has been assembled, narrow cuts are made directly through the completed corners.

Real wooden wedges are glued securely into these cuts and become part of the actual construction.

They are not large decorative blocks or imitation corner details.

WOOD STAIN COLOURS

Choose from:

• Pine – Light

• Light Oak

• Medium Oak

• Walnut

• Brown Mahogany

• Dark Teak

• Ebony

Every box is stained individually by hand.

Real timber naturally varies in grain, density, colour and stain absorption, so the same stain may appear slightly lighter, darker or warmer from one box to another.

Please use the stain chart as a guide rather than an exact colour guarantee.

WAXED & HAND POLISHED

After staining and final assembly, the wood is protected with wax and polished by hand.

This enhances the natural grain and gives the finished box a smooth, carefully finished surface.

NATURAL WOOD

Real wood is a natural material and every piece is unique.

Natural characteristics may include:

• Different grain patterns

• Knots

• Fine natural lines

• Tiny pin holes

• Natural markings

• Small natural patches

• Colour variation

• Different stain absorption

• Differences in engraving tone

These are natural characteristics of genuine timber and are not considered defects.

No two handmade boxes will look completely identical.

Lighting, photography and individual screen settings may also affect how the finished stain appears.

Watch cases, bracelets and straps vary considerably in size.

If you own particularly large, oversized or unusually shaped watches, please compare their dimensions with the compartment measurements shown in the product images before ordering.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Every watch box is handmade and personalised to order.

Typical processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks.

This is because each box is constructed completely from scratch and passes through several woodworking, gluing, setting, staining and finishing stages.

Please check the current dispatch information shown on the website before ordering.

If the box is required for a particular date or occasion, please order in good time.

DELIVERY

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 24 Tracked after dispatch.

International orders are sent using tracked delivery.

We can guarantee the scheduled dispatch date but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Postal delays, courier delays, customs processing and other circumstances after dispatch are outside our control.

Personalised and made-to-order products are therefore not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
