This personalised wedding memory box is individually handcrafted from solid pine in our UK workshop and features your chosen photograph carefully prepared and engraved onto a separate wooden photo panel.

Personalise your box with names, a surname or your preferred wording, add a wedding or special date, choose your favourite font and wood stain, and optionally include a personal engraved wooden heart message inside the lid.

Perfect for storing wedding photographs, cards, invitations, vows, letters and treasured memories from one of life’s most important days.

YOUR PHOTO, ENGRAVED IN WOOD

Your photograph is carefully prepared before being engraved onto a separate wooden photo panel.

Photographic engraving often requires adjustment and testing to achieve the best possible result. Creating the portrait separately allows us to work carefully with your photograph without compromising the finished solid wood box.

Once we are happy with the engraving, the finished photo panel is securely fitted to the lid.

The final result will depend on the quality of the photograph supplied.

• The original photo file whenever possible

• Very blurry photographs
• Very dark images
• Screenshots
• Heavy filters

HANDCRAFTED FROM RAW TIMBER

This is not a ready-made unfinished box that has simply been personalised.

The main box is handcrafted from solid pine from the beginning in our workshop.

The process includes:

• Selecting and cutting the timber
• Assembling and gluing the box
• Clamping the construction
• Sanding
• Cutting narrow kerfs through the corners
• Inserting real hardwood wedges
• Separating the lid from the assembled box
• Routing the edges
• Preparing the engraving
• Engraving the personalised wording
• Preparing and engraving the separate photo panel
• Lightly sanding where required
• Hand staining
• Fitting the hinges and front clasp
• Applying wax or protective finish
• Hand polishing

The hardwood used for the corner wedges may vary depending on the timber selected for each individual box.

Every box is made individually rather than using a ready-made wooden blank.

Approximate external dimensions:

29 × 20 × 12 cm

Internal dimensions are slightly smaller due to the thickness of the solid timber.

Because every box is individually cut and handcrafted, measurements may vary slightly by a few millimetres.

Natural timber absorbs stain differently, so colour, grain and finished tone will vary naturally from piece to piece.

You can add a personalised engraved wooden heart inside the lid.

This can feature your own short message, quote or meaningful wording.

Real wood is naturally unique.

Grain, knots, markings, colour variation, stain absorption and engraving tone will vary from one piece of timber to another.

Hardwood corner wedges may also vary naturally in colour and species.

These characteristics are part of genuine natural timber and are not considered defects.

MADE TO ORDER

Every box is individually handcrafted and personalised after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 8–10 business days for production before dispatch.

DELIVERY

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 Tracked once your box has been completed.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked refers to the postal service used after dispatch. We guarantee the dispatch date, but the exact delivery date remains with the postal carrier.

International orders are sent using a tracked service.

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

The quality and level of detail achieved in a photographic engraving depend on the quality of the photograph supplied.

A design preview is not automatically provided unless agreed before production.

As this product is individually personalised and made to order, personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault with the item.
