A beautifully handcrafted solid pine keepsake box made to hold the memories of one of life’s most important days.
Each box is individually constructed from raw timber in our UK workshop and personalised especially for you.
Add the couple’s names or surname, a wedding or special date and optional wording to the lid. You can also add a personal message inside to create a meaningful keepsake that can be treasured for many years.
Designed as a proper large wedding memory box, it offers space for photographs, wedding cards, invitations, vows, letters and other treasured mementoes from the day.
This is not a ready-made wooden blank that has simply been engraved.
Every box is built, finished and personalised individually from the beginning.

HANDCRAFTED FROM RAW TIMBER
This is not a ready-made or unfinished box purchased and then personalised.
Each box is handcrafted from solid pine in our workshop from the beginning.
Our process includes:
• selecting and cutting the timber
• assembling and gluing the construction
• clamping
• sanding
• cutting narrow kerfs through the corners
• inserting real hardwood wedges
• separating the lid from the completed box
• routing the edges
• preparing and laser engraving the design
• lightly sanding where required
• hand staining
• fitting the hinges and front clasp
• applying wax or a suitable protective finish
• hand polishing
The hardwood used for the corner wedges may vary in species, grain and colour.
Hardware is selected to suit the individual box design, therefore hinge or clasp styles and finishes may differ between models.

The majority of boxes are approximately 30 cm wide, however each box is individually cut and handcrafted and measurements may vary slightly by a few millimetres.
Internal dimensions are smaller due to the thickness of the solid timber.

Natural timber absorbs stain differently, so the finished shade, grain and overall tone will vary naturally from one box to another.
NATURAL WOOD & HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS
Solid wood is a natural material and every piece is unique.
Natural grain patterns, growth rings, knots, darker and lighter areas, mineral or natural markings and colour variation are expected.
Knots can be solid, partially open or may occasionally fall out naturally, leaving a knot hole or natural void.
Small holes, pin holes, cavities, resin or sap pockets, tiny surface depressions, natural splits, cracks and checks may occur within the timber. Some cannot or should not be completely removed by sanding without unnecessarily altering the natural wood.
Areas around knots and changes in grain direction can have a more textured or uneven appearance.
Different sections of the same piece of timber can absorb stain differently. End grain, knots, resin-rich sections and denser areas may therefore finish darker or lighter.
The shade and depth of laser engraving can also vary according to grain direction, timber density, knots, resin content and the natural characteristics of each piece.
Because every box is individually handcrafted, small traces of glue, sanding, routing, polishing, wax, finishing or general workshop handling may occasionally be visible.
Minor sanding marks, small tool marks, handling marks, tiny dents or other subtle signs of workshop production may occasionally occur as part of genuine handmade construction.
The real hardwood corner wedges are individually fitted into narrow corner kerfs. Their species, colour and grain may vary, and they may contrast differently with the surrounding pine.
Small handmade variations in joints, alignment, routed edges and finishing may occur because the product is individually cut, assembled and finished rather than factory moulded.
Measurements may vary slightly by a few millimetres.
A natural scent from timber, stain, wax or other finishing materials may be noticeable when the box is first opened. This will reduce naturally over time.
These are natural wood and handmade characteristics of genuine timber craftsmanship and are not considered defects where they do not affect the intended function of the product.

Every box is individually handcrafted and personalised after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 8–10 business days for production before dispatch.
DELIVERY
UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 Tracked once production is complete.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked refers to the postal service used after dispatch. We guarantee the dispatch date, but the exact delivery date remains with the postal carrier.
International orders are sent using a tracked service.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
