Personalised Solid Pine Horseshoe with Custom Number – Large 30cm

PERSONALISED SOLID PINE HORSESHOE WITH CUSTOM NUMBER – LARGE 30CM

Celebrate an important birthday, anniversary or special milestone with this large personalised wooden horseshoe, handcrafted from real solid pine and made with your chosen number, names and wording.

At approximately 30 cm across, this is a substantial piece of genuine solid wood decor – not a thin plywood cut-out, MDF sign or mass-produced ready-made blank.

The large number at the top is not simply engraved onto the wood. It is physically formed as part of the solid wood design during the CNC machining process, giving the finished piece real shape, depth and character.

Your chosen wording is then laser engraved onto the lower section of the horseshoe.

• Another meaningful numbered occasion

SIZE

Approx. 30 cm across at the widest point.

As each piece is handcrafted from natural solid timber, very small variations in measurements may occur.

CRAFTED FROM REAL SOLID PINE

Each horseshoe is made from genuine solid pine timber.

It is not:

• Thin plywood

• MDF

• Veneered board

• A factory-made blank

• A mass-produced decoration

The horseshoe body, large custom number and decorative openings are physically machined from solid timber.

The personalised wording is laser engraved afterwards.

MADE FROM SCRATCH IN OUR WORKSHOP

We make each piece in-house from raw solid timber rather than purchasing a ready-made wooden blank.

The process includes:

• Selecting the solid pine

• Cutting the timber

• Preparing the CNC programme

• Machining the horseshoe

• Creating the custom number

• Routing the decorative openings and details

• Sanding

• Laser engraving the personalisation

• Applying the selected wood stain

• Re-sanding and hand finishing where required

• Applying finishing wax or oil

• Hand polishing

This combination of CNC machining, engraving and hand finishing gives the finished piece genuine physical depth and character.

WOOD STAIN OPTIONS

Choose from:

• Pine - Light

• Light Oak

• Medium Oak

• Walnut

• Brown Mahogany

• Dark Teak

• Ebony

Wood stain reacts differently with every individual piece of natural timber.

Grain direction, timber density, knots, resin content and other natural characteristics can all affect how the stain is absorbed, so the finished shade and appearance will naturally vary.

DESIGNED TO HANG

This product is designed as a wall-hanging decoration.

It does not include a wooden display base or separate hanging hook.

It can be hung using a suitable wall fixing positioned through one of the routed openings or, where appropriate, through the available space around the number.

Wall fixings are not supplied because the correct fitting depends on your individual wall construction.

Please always use a secure fixing suitable for both your wall type and the weight of a solid wooden decoration.

A MEANINGFUL GIFT FOR

This personalised number horseshoe makes a thoughtful gift for:

• 18th Birthday

• 21st Birthday

• 30th Birthday

• 40th Birthday

• 50th Birthday

• 60th Birthday

• Other Milestone Birthdays

• Wedding Anniversaries

• Silver Anniversary

• Ruby Anniversary

• Golden Anniversary

• Parents

• Grandparents

• Couples

• Horse Lovers

• Equestrian Families

The traditional lucky horseshoe shape adds an extra symbolic touch to an important celebration.

NATURAL WOOD & HANDMADE CHARACTERISTICS

This product is individually handcrafted from genuine solid pine.

Natural timber is not a perfectly uniform material and no two pieces will ever look exactly the same.

Your horseshoe may naturally display:

• Differences in grain pattern and growth rings

• Natural colour variation

• Knots and knot markings

• Partially open or fallen knots

• Natural knot holes

• Tiny pinholes, voids or cavities

• Resin or sap pockets

• Small natural depressions

• Fine cracks, checks or splits associated with solid timber

• Differences in surface texture and timber density

• Different levels of stain absorption

• Natural light and dark areas

• Differences in engraving shade caused by grain, resin and timber density

• Slight differences in engraving depth

• Minor sanding, routing or tool marks

• Tiny dents or workshop handling marks

• Fine surface marks or micro-scratches

• Small traces from waxing, oiling or hand polishing

• Very small differences in dimensions or edge finishing

Solid timber can also move slightly in response to changes in temperature and humidity.

These are natural characteristics of genuine solid timber and handmade production, not defects.

They are part of the character of a genuine handcrafted wooden product.

FRESH WOOD & FINISH SCENT

When first unpacked, your newly handcrafted wooden horseshoe may have a noticeable natural scent.

This may be a combination of fresh timber, wood stain and the wax or oil used during finishing.

This is completely normal for a freshly made solid wood product and is not a defect.

After unpacking, allow the item to air naturally for approximately 24–48 hours if required.

The fresh timber and finishing scent will gradually reduce.

CARE

For indoor decorative use.

• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth

• Do not soak or immerse in water

• Do not use harsh chemical cleaners

• Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture

• Keep away from strong direct heat sources

• Prolonged strong sunlight may gradually alter the natural colour of the timber and stain

As this is genuine solid wood, small natural movement may occur with significant changes in temperature or humidity.
