The design combines personalised engraving, decorative wooden cut-outs, hand-prepared festive details and a ribbon-threaded Christmas tree feature to create a distinctive Christmas keepsake designed to return year after year.

Each box begins as raw solid pine timber and is individually cut, assembled, engraved, stained, decorated, finished and hand polished in our UK workshop.

You may choose a short alternative such as:

Because the wording forms part of the main decorative layout, it must remain short enough to fit the original design area.

Long quotes or extended wording cannot be used on the front.

If you would like a longer message, this can be added as an optional engraving inside the lid.

Please note that these are external measurements.

The solid pine used is typically approximately 1.5–1.8 cm thick depending on the individual timber selected.

The usable internal space is therefore smaller than the external dimensions.

Exact internal measurements may vary slightly because each box is individually handmade from genuine timber.

The ribbon is threaded by hand through the decorative tree cut-outs.

Snowflake ribbon designs may vary slightly depending on current stock and supplier batch.

The overall colour and festive style will remain consistent, but the exact snowflake pattern, size and spacing may differ slightly from the photographs.

Screen settings may also affect how ribbon colours appear.

OPTIONAL INSIDE LID MESSAGE

A longer Christmas message, family wording, festive wish or personal dedication can be engraved inside the lid.

This is the best place for longer wording while keeping the front design balanced.

Pine - Light keeps the timber naturally pale while remaining fully finished and protected.

It is not a raw or unfinished timber option.

CRAFTED FROM REAL SOLID PINE

This box is handcrafted from genuine solid pine timber.

It is not MDF, thin plywood or a mass-produced ready-made box.

Its substantial solid timber construction, natural grain and individually hand-finished surface give every box its own character.

The hardwood corner reinforcement consists of small hardwood wedges fitted into narrow slots cut across the external corners of the box.

These are not large decorative blocks or dovetail-style joints.

Hardwood wedges may naturally vary in species, grain and colour.

REAL WOOD. NATURALLY UNIQUE.

Solid timber is a natural material and no two boxes will ever be identical.

Your box may naturally show:

• Grain variation

• Growth rings

• Natural colour differences

• Knots

• Partially open knots

• Fallen knots

• Knot holes

• Natural voids and cavities

• Tiny pinholes

• Resin or sap pockets

• Small depressions

• Fine checks, cracks or splits

• Different stain absorption

• Slight engraving shade or depth variation caused by grain, resin and timber density

• Hardwood wedge variation in colour, grain and species

• Minor sanding or routing marks

• Small workshop and hand-finishing marks

• Subtle glue traces around handmade joints

• Tiny dents

• Wax or polishing traces

• Slight handmade joint or alignment variation

• Slight measurement variation

• Natural timber movement caused by changes in temperature and humidity

These are natural characteristics of genuine solid timber and handmade production and are not considered defects.

Decorative cut-out elements are individually prepared and finished, so slight variation in positioning, edge appearance or finish may naturally occur.

FRESH WOOD & FINISH SCENT

A newly handcrafted box may have a noticeable natural scent when first opened.

This comes from fresh solid timber combined with recently applied wood stain, wax or finishing oil.

This is normal and is not a defect.

The scent will gradually reduce after unpacking and natural airing.

If preferred, allow approximately 24–48 hours of natural airing before filling the box.

CARE

• Designed for indoor use

• Keep away from excessive moisture

• Do not soak or wash

• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth

• Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct heat

• Avoid prolonged damp or highly humid conditions

• Do not pull, twist or force the ribbon or decorative cut-out elements

• Do not overload the lid or hardware

• Lift larger boxes carefully when filled

• Store in a dry place when not in seasonal use

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 24 Tracked after dispatch.

International orders are sent using tracked postal services where available.

We guarantee the dispatch date shown with your order.

Delivery timing after dispatch is controlled by the postal carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
