The decorative engraving cannot be altered or replaced. Only your chosen personalised wording changes.

Inside-lid engraving is included.

Maximum 80 characters, including spaces, arranged over no more than five short lines.

The message is laser-engraved directly into the wood. No separate plaque, wooden heart or attached insert is used.

Every box is individually stained by hand. As solid pine naturally varies in grain, density and absorption, the finished shade may differ slightly from photographs and colour samples.

HANDMADE FROM SOLID PINE

Unlike mass-produced or ready-made wooden boxes, each Artful Craftsmead watch box is handcrafted from raw solid pine timber.

Our process includes carefully measuring and cutting the wood, assembling the box, preparing the lid, sanding and finishing the edges, laser engraving your chosen design and wording, fitting the metal hardware, applying wood stain, waxing and hand-polishing.

Every stage receives individual attention.

The watch cushion is designed to hold and present one watch.

Please check the dimensions of your watch before ordering, particularly if it has an unusually large case or wide strap.

BEAUTIFULLY NATURAL – UNIQUELY YOURS

Every piece of solid pine has its own natural character.

Grain patterns, knots, subtle colour differences, small natural marks and occasional minor imperfections are part of genuine wood and should not be considered manufacturing faults.

Because each box is handmade rather than factory-produced, slight variations in dimensions, construction details and finish are normal.

The stain may appear lighter or darker depending on the natural wood grain, lighting and screen settings.

You may notice a fresh wood, stain or wax scent when your box is first opened. This is normal for a recently handcrafted and finished wooden product and should gradually fade.

These natural characteristics make every Artful Craftsmead watch box individual.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your preferred engraving design.

2. Select your wood stain colour.

3. Enter the exact wording for the outside of the lid, up to 45 characters including spaces.

4. Enter your optional inside-lid message, up to 80 characters including spaces, or write No inside message.

5. Check all names, dates, spelling, punctuation and capital letters carefully before placing your order.

We engrave the wording supplied with your order. Please make sure it is exactly how you would like it to appear.

Personalised text will be arranged to suit the selected design and the available engraving space.

If your requested wording is too long or unsuitable for the layout, we may contact you before production.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your wooden watch box looking beautiful:

- Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth.

- Keep away from prolonged moisture, excessive humidity and direct heat.

- Avoid placing the box in strong, direct sunlight for extended periods.

- Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or soaking-wet cloths.

- Handle the hinges, clasp and lid support gently.

- Allow the box to remain dry and well ventilated.

Natural wood responds to changes in temperature and humidity, so minor movement over time is possible.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Your watch box is individually handmade to order in our UK workshop.

Please allow approximately 8–10 working days for production, before dispatch.

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping service. Please refer to the delivery information shown at checkout.

If your order is intended for a particular occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.

PERSONALISED ORDERS AND RETURNS

As each personalised watch box is made specifically to your instructions, we cannot normally accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

Please check your personalisation carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
